ADS West Admissions Process
The primary goal throughout the admissions process is to provide information about the school while learning as much as possible about the prospective student. The School considers the benefit of both the applicant as an individual as well as the ADS community as a whole.
Please review our admissions process and learn the step-by-step process involved in becoming a part of our esteemed private school.
Learn more about ADS by reviewing the website and contacting the Admissions Office for more information at 636-394-8986 or ads@alsalamdayschool.org.
Step 1: Tour
Contact ADS to schedule a tour. The tour will let you experience ADS in person and give you a better understanding of our program and curriculum. This will be an opportunity for parents to ask questions and provide parents a glimpse of the school’s environment and learning experience. Schedule a tour here.
Step 2: Online Application
Complete an online application and provide ADS with any other supplementary information regarding your student’s education history. ADS requires:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Transcript
These may be submitted via email, fax, mail, or in person. Email: ads@alsalamdayschool.org Contact: 636 394 8986
Step 3: Placement Test
A time will be scheduled for your child’s placement test. Each applicant is required to take a placement test and pay fee of $50.
Step 4: Evaluation
Upon submission of your application and deposit, the Principal will make a final decision on acceptance. Families will receive notice of acceptance through phone and/or email documentation. In the event that a student applies and is accepted to a class that is already at capacity, the student will be placed on a waiting list and notified when space becomes available.
Step 5: Acceptance
Once a student is accepted, the family will then receive a notification regarding admission. In order for a student to attend classes, the school must have received application and placement test fees and all enrollment forms must be completed.
Financial Aid
If your family is interested in applying for need-based financial aid the process begins once a completed application has been submitted to ADS. For more information about need-based financial aid, email our Admissions at admissions@alsalamdayschool.org. You may also find out more from ADS Financial Aid
